Workplace and Organizational Consulting:

MDR Associates will work with your organization to ensure that it, and its employees, are “Conflict Competent”.

Richard Moore is a highly experienced workplace conflict consultant who assists organizations in dealing with difficult and disruptive situations. Services range from conflict diagnosis, dispute resolution system analysis, development and implementation, training, facilitation, mediation, and group processes.

General Conflict Resolution Consulting:
Richard Moore has long experience in general conflict resolution consulting. He has helped set up, for example, a court connected mediation system in the courts of Guyana. He has helped set up a community mediation program, and advised on the development of med/arb and arbitration programs and acted as advisor in the evaluation of dispute resolution programs. He has developed and delivered training programs for dispute resolution professionals in government and private industry and has assessed applicants for qualification for various professional or educational designations or for various dispute resolution rosters.
